Shipping Information:
We currently ship domestically to the United States and its territories, as well as Canada. Kikoh Incense is a small family business, and as we grow we will increase our shipping zones.
Orders over $75.00 ship free anywhere in the United States.
All orders under $75.00 ship for a flat rate of $7.50 via USPS in the continental United States. Orders outside the continental US have any additional shipping fees added to the standard flat rate.
All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after receipt of order.
Orders over $250 are shipped USPS Priority Mail + Signature Authorization upon delivery.
State and Local Taxes:
Orders shipped to Illinois addresses will see applicable Illinois state and local taxes. Orders outside of Illinois will have no taxes applied.
Returns and Refunds:
It is our goal that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. For returns and refunds, please see our Returns and Refunds page. To be eligible for a return, items must be 100% complete and in original unopened condition. Gift cards, sale items, and premium incense over $100 are non-refundable.

A Kikoh Incense account is not necessary to make payment; just add items to your shopping cart and follow the simple directions at checkout to choose how you'd like to pay.
