Returns & Refunds

To be eligible for a return, items must be 100% complete and in original unopened condition. Gift cards, sale items, and premium incense over $100 are non-refundable.

To request a return, contact Kikoh using our contact page within three (3) days of delivery noting your order number and reason for the return request. Upon receiving your request, we will contact you with a return authorization and instructions. No unauthorized returns will be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse a return if not in original unopened condition and 100% complete.

You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning the returned item. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

To be eligible for a refund, authorized returns must be received within 30 days of order and be 100% complete and in original unopened condition. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. On orders where free shipping was received, actual shipping charges paid by Kikoh Incense will be deducted from the refund issued.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within three business days.
