Shipping

Shipping Information:
We currently ship domestically to the United States and its territories, as well as Canada. Kikoh Incense is a small family business, and as we grow we will increase our shipping zones.

Orders over $75.00 ship free anywhere in the United States.

All orders under $75.00 ship for a flat rate of $7.50 via USPS in the continental United States. Orders outside the continental US have any additional shipping fees added to the standard flat rate.

All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after receipt of order.

Orders over $250 are shipped USPS + Signature Authorization upon delivery.

Wrong address disclaimer:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to ensure timely processing and shipping of all orders, but there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately via our Contact page if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

Lost/Stolen packages:
Kikoh is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier with the tracking information provided to you via email.
