Shipping

Shipping Information:
We currently ship domestically to the United States and all its territories, as well as to Canada.

Orders over $85.00 ship free via USPS in the contiguous United States ("Lower 48").

All orders outside the contiguous United States States and orders under $85.00 ship via USPS for a flat rate of $8.50.

Canadian orders have any additional shipping fees added to the standard flat rate and ship via USPS International.

All orders are shipped Monday - Friday within 1-2 business days after receipt of order.

Orders over $250 are shipped USPS + Signature Authorization upon delivery.

Wrong address disclaimer:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correctly. We do our best to ensure timely processing and shipping of all orders, but there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately via our Contact page if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

Lost/Stolen packages:
Kikoh is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your local post office with the tracking information provided to you via email.
