Inspired by the blooms of the four seasons of Kyoto, Kamon Zoroe (花紋揃, flower pattern set) is a series of four delightfully gentle floral fragrances representing each of the changing seasons. Originating during the Heian Period (794 - 1185), “Kamon” (花紋, flower pattern), is a stylized floral design used as a family crest to identify samurai clans seen on kimono, ceremonial items, and various items. The Kamon Zoroe set uses these floral designs to elegantly decorate its beautiful boxes with unique flower crests and patterns.
